Full refunds will be granted, less a $40 processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing by April 10, 2025. No refunds will be granted after April 10, 2025. Name substitutions will be accepted.

FLACA reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by FLACA, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. FLACA may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by FLACA, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

A person attending a FLACA event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizer.
